We currently ship throughout Ireland and across the EU. For delivery outside the EU, please get in touch before placing your order.

• Shipping within Ireland and Northern Ireland is free.
• Shipping to the rest of the EU is €15.
• We send all parcels via An Post registered mail, therefore a signature is required on delivery.

Yes – if for any reason you change your mind, you can return your unworn piece within 14 days of receiving it. It must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Absolutely! If you would like a different item, we will always do our best to help. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the exchange process.
• Exchanged items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
• Not sure what works best? No problem – we are always happy to guide you through your options.

If your order is shipping outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are outside of our control.

YES! – we offer both bespoke designs and remodelling of old jewellery. You can enquire via our contact page.
