Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, our returns policy makes it easy to send an item back.
Online purchases made through our website are eligible for a refund under certain conditions, in line with EU distance selling regulations.
eligibility for refund
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order number.
- Custom or personalised items (e.g. engraved or specially altered or custom made pieces) are non-returnable.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Refunds apply only to online purchases.
follow our returns procedure
- Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days of delivery to let us know you would like to return your item.
- We will provide you with our Irish return address.
- Ship the item back via registered post and share your proof of postage.
(We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.) - Any returned item showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be subject to a partial refund.
- Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- EU Customers
- A full refund, including original delivery charges, will be issued.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty)
- Non-EU Customers
- We will refund the product price only.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

- This returns policy follows EU distance selling regulations and applies to online purchases only.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Unfortunately, international duties and taxes paid upon receipt cannot be refunded.
- Delivery charges to areas outside of the EU are non-refundable.
