Start by getting in touch – just use the contact form. Share what you have in mind, whether it’s a new commission or a remodel, along with any initial ideas, inspiration, or timeframes you’re working to.

Consultation

We’ll arrange a consultation (either in person, remotely, or via email) to talk through the piece you’re imagining. This is a chance to explore your story, your style, and what you’d like the piece to reflect. We’ll discuss materials, stones, and any special details.

Design

Following our chat, I’ll create initial sketches or concept visuals to help shape the design direction. We’ll refine these together until it feels just right. Depending on the design, I may collaborate with trusted specialists to ensure the best outcome.

Quote

Once we’ve settled on a design, I’ll prepare an estimate and give you a rough idea of timing. Sometimes, I’ll suggest a couple of options at different price points, depending on the design. This gives you the flexibility to choose what feels like the best fit. When you’re happy to go ahead, a deposit confirms your commission.

Make

Your design is carefully brought to life in my studio – shaped, soldered, textured and finished by hand. I’ll keep you updated as it comes together, and may even share some behind-the-scenes glimpses if you’d like.

Collection or Delivery

When your piece is ready, it will be beautifully packaged and prepared for delivery or collection. Ready to wear, gift, and hold meaning for years to come.

Customer Stories

This commission was all about transformation. The original gold ring featured cabochon stones, one of which had broken, and the setting had become fragile over time.

The client chose to replace all the stones with faceted alternatives to refresh the design.

We created a new setting to suit the new gems, kept the original band. With the new stones set in place, the result is a beautifully updated piece that blends the original sentiment with a vibrant, modern finish.
